We Are Ready to Fight for Your Rights
At M&H, personal service is the foundation upon which our firm was built. We founded our firm in 1991 with the objective of becoming the most service-oriented personal injury law firm in the country. Our attention to client service has made us successful over the years and continues to keep us busy with client referrals.
At some firms, clients deal only with a paralegal or legal assistants. At these firms, a client might be considered lucky to only talk to his or her attorney when once when the case is near a settlement. At Moore & Hawthorne, you have direct access and communication with your attorney from the start. We guarantee that you will talk directly with your attorney on a regular basis - that is our promise.

-
What should I do if involved in an accident? If you are injured in an automobile accident, you should seek immediate medical attention. If the other driver is at fault and you wish to make a claim for personal injuries, you should contact an attorney who specializes in personal injury as soon as possible.
-
Who will take care of my medical bills? You are entitled to recover your reasonable and necessary medical expenses caused by the at fault driver. However, most insurance companies do not pay medical expenses as you treat. Medical expenses will be included in the final one time settlement.
-
How long will it take before my case is settled?Cases are generally not settled until you reach maximum medical improvement and are released by your doctor. Once released by your doctor, we promptly complete and forward a settlement demand to the insurance company.
-
How are your fees paid? Our fees are contingent - meaning, we get paid only after your case is settled or after a verdict. Our fees are 33 1/3% and go to 40% if we are forced to file a lawsuit.
